On Sunday, September 18th from 2 PM - 3 PM, stop by the River Forest Public Library for an exciting presentation by Al Popowits, a commissioner on the River Forest Historical Preservation Commission, as he gives a lecture on twelve historically and architecturally significant structures in River Forest. Some of the buildings highlighted: the Winslow House (1893), the Tennis Club (1905), and the First Presbyterian Church (1925). Fall in love with the architectural gems located right here in your own community! Snacks will be served.
